Mobile AC and Refrigeration EngineerLondon and M25£50,000 £55,000 per annum A leading facilities management provider is looking to recruit an experienced Mobile AC and Refrigeration Engineer to join their established engineering team, covering a portfolio of commercial properties across London and the M25. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems across a varied commercial portfolio. The Role Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on air conditioning and refrigeration equipment. Diagnosing faults and completing repairs on compressors, chillers, controls, and associated systems. Servicing and maintaining HVAC equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operation. Completing inspections, identifying defects, and carrying out remedial works. Supporting general building services maintenance, including mechanical and fabric tasks where required. Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety requirements and site procedures. Maintaining accurate service records and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues.
