They offer a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance services, all delivered with a commitment to professionalism and outstanding customer service.If you''re looking for a dynamic team where you can make a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!Key Responsibilities:Perform all planned and emergency repairs on client air conditioning units.Complete all maintenance tasks exactly as outlined in the client''s specifications.Monitor equipment condition and report on any units that need replacing.Create lists of any extra repairs (remedial works) found during routine visits.Work with the Contracts Manager to help price up the materials and labour for extra repairs.Order necessary parts for jobs and manage all incoming material deliveries.Check delivery notes for accuracy and hand them over to the site foreman.The successful candidate will have:F - Gas Qualification At least 4 years'' experience in the field PTS Card preferable but not essential Have a systematic/logical approach to tasks and problemsExcellent communication and organisational skillsBenefits:28 Days Holiday Inc.
