The Role
As the AC Engineer, you’ll:
- Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance operations on site.
- Review building management systems daily to ensure optimal performance.
- Assess maintenance issues to determine appropriate skilled engineers for site attendance.
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure works are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage health and safety protocols in relation to maintenance activities.
To be successful in the role of AC Engineer, you’ll bring: • A City & Guilds or NVQ qualification in a Construction or Maintenance related field. • A working knowledge of IEE/IET Regulations and Health & Safety legislation. • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Email, Excel, and CAFM/BMS. • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction at all levels. • Good organisation and problem-solving abilities.
