Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer - FM Service Provider - Door to Door Travel - London and Home Counties - Up to 55,000 Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM service provider, covering a portfolio of sites across London and home counties. You''ll be an experienced mobile AC engineer, confident working on your own across multiple sites. In return, my client is offering a salary of up to 55,000 with door to door travel paid. This is working across a number of retail contracts. Areas include London, Oxford, Brighton, Canterbury, Guildford, Reading, and Windsor. Hours of Work08:00 - 17:00Mobile role covering sites across London and surrounding areasKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlanned and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems across a mobile portfolioFault-finding and repairs on split systems / VRF / VRV Servicing and maintaining AHUs and FCUs, including filter changes and cleaningRefrigerant handling and leak testing Completing job sheets and service reportsDealing with client site contacts in a professional mannerPackageUp to 55,000 basicDoor to door travel paidVan / fuel cardHoliday, pension, overtime, call-out Call out currently 1 in 2 but will go to 1in 4/6 as the team grows. 300 per week call out allowanceRequirementsLevel 2 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning F-GasMust be able to provide copies of relevant trade certificatesProven experience as a mobile AC engineerStrong fault-finding skillsGood communication and client-facing skillsFull UK ..... full job details .....
