AC Engineer Foot Mobile EngineerLocation: Central London Zones 1 and 2Salary: Circa £48,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experienceEmployment Type: Full-time, PermanentCall-Out: 1 in 8 weeksOvertime: Plenty of overtime and weekend opportunities availableWe are currently recruiting for an experienced AC Engineer to join a well-established Facilities Management team, covering a portfolio of high-end residential properties and commercial office spaces across Central London.This is a foot-mobile role, primarily covering Zones 1 and 2, with the majority of the portfolio located around Marylebone.The RoleAs an AC Engineer, you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of air conditioning systems across approximately 15 buildings.The role offers a varied workload, combining PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) with reactive repairs, fault finding and general servicing. You will be working across a high-quality portfolio of residential and commercial properties, providing a professional and reliable service to clients and building occupants.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on AC systemsAttend reactive breakdowns and diagnose faultsComplete servicing, repairs and general maintenance of air conditioning systemsFault find and identify issues efficientlyMaintain accurate maintenance records and service reportsRespond to reactive maintenance requests within agreed timescalesWork across approximately 15 buildings throughout ..... full job details .....
