This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in air conditioning and ventilation, taking responsibility for projects ranging in value from approximately £200,000 to £1 million. You will oversee projects from initial planning and procurement through to installation, commissioning and handover, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards. The Role As AC and Ventilation Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple mechanical projects, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients. Key responsibilities will include: Managing AC and ventilation projects ranging from £200,000 to £1 million in value.
