360 Recruitment is looking for abattoir trainees to join a well-established meat processing company in the Midlands.

No previous slaughtering experience? No problem – full training will be provided for suitable candidates who are motivated, reliable, and ready to learn.

What we offer:

• Long-term PAYE contract

• Rate of pay – £14.97 per hour

• Monday to Friday, morning shift

• 28 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)

What we’re looking for:

• Physically capable individuals who can handle the demands of the role

• Reliable candidates who can commit to consistent attendance

• Confidence to work in an abattoir environment

• Own transport (due to company location)

• Prior experience in a similar environment would be beneficial (even basic knife skills are an advantage)

However, as long as you demonstrate good aptitude and a strong willingness to learn, we can provide full training and develop you to meet our own high standards.
