Job Title: Abattoir Harvesting TechnicianLocation: Monday to Thursday you will be working in Hull, Fridays you will be required to work from the Leeds facility. Hours: Monday to Friday 12pm-8pmSalary: £30,096 The Role Key responsibilities of the Harvesting Technician include: Harvesting fresh tissue at an approved abattoir in accordance with approved work instructions and site processes. Maintaining a safe, clean, and secure working environment at both the abattoir and company facility. Supporting and contributing ideas for research and development activities to improve harvesting processes. Following best practices for material handling to ensure the safe movement and storage of materials. Accurately completing production records and supporting documentation in line with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements. Ensuring compliance with all quality, health and safety, and regulatory standards.
