Your role
Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups within a High Dependency Unit
Apply ABA principles and PECS to promote communication and independence
Work with teaching staff, therapists, and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans

Bring a proactive, resilient, and flexible approach to each day
