We''re working with a specialist Solihull school that blends ABA with the Pyramid Approach to Education, including the use of PECS (Picture Exchange Communication System), to help pupils with autism communicate, learn, and thrive. Your role

• Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups within a High Dependency Unit

• Apply ABA principles and PECS to promote communication and independence

• Work with teaching staff, therapists, and the SENCO to deliver personalised learning plans

• Contribute to a safe, structured, and positive classroom environment

• Bring a proactive, resilient, and flexible approach to each day
