A specialist school in Slough is seeking a caring and enthusiastic ABA Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring Psychologists, Therapists, SEN Teachers or Behaviour Analysts to gain practical experience using Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) strategies.

As an ABA Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
- Use ABA-based strategies to support learning, communication and positive behaviour.
- Help students develop independence, confidence and social skills.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children.
- Work closely with teachers and specialist staff to support individual learning plans.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback on students'' development.

- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Contract: Full-time
