ABA Assistant - Bicester Are you a Psychology graduate eager to gain practical experience supporting young people with additional needs? A specialist school in Bicester is seeking a dedicated and caring ABA Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers looking to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting children and young people with autism and additional needs. As an ABA Assistant, you will: Deliver 1:1 and small-group support using ABA-based strategies. Help students develop communication, confidence, independence, and social skills. Support positive behaviour and engagement with learning. Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to create a supportive environment. Observe and monitor students'' progress, wellbeing, and engagement. We''re looking for an ABA Assistant who is: Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people.
