AAT Tutor (Accounting)Location: TraffordFlexible / HybridPermanent Full-timeUp to £38,000 per annumAbout the RoleReed Further Education are partnering with a leading training provider to recruit an experienced AAT Tutor.Deliver AAT programmes up to Level 4 through face-to-face and remote learningSupport learners to achieve career progression within finance and accountingManage learner caseloads and drive engagement and retentionContribute to high-quality teaching and continuous improvementKey ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver structured AAT sessions in line with awarding body standardsAssess learner work and provide detailed, constructive feedbackMonitor learner progress, set targets, and drive KPI achievementSupport employer engagement, IAG sessions, and learner recruitment activitiesAbout YouExperienced in delivering AAT (minimum Level 3, with progression to Level 4)Background in finance with strong subject knowledgePassionate about supporting and motivating learnersConfident using digital platforms and e-learning toolsEssential Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 years'' industry experience within finance1-2 years teaching, training, or assessment experienceTeaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)Strong communication, organisation, and coaching skillsAdditional InformationRight to work in the UK is required (no sponsorship available)Role subject to enhanced DBS and safer recruitment checksOpportunity to join a well-established training providerOngoing support ..... full job details .....
