Cromwell Medical is looking for dedicated AandE RGN nurse to join our Team, supporting patient in AandE area This is a hands-on, rewarding role where your skills and care can truly impact lives. Experience in Accident and Emengency area is neccesary Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care as AandE Nurse Provides immediate and high-quality care to patients presenting with urgent, acute, or life-threatening conditions. Need to work in fast-paced hospital emergency departments, delivering rapid assessments, stabilizing patients, and coordinating multidisciplinary care. Triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on severity of condition.Administer treatments such as IV fluids, medications, wound care, and resuscitation. Maintain accurate patient records, including observations, interventions, and outcomes Work closely with doctors, paramedics, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Qualifications and Requirements as AandE Nurse Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMCregistration. Minimum 6 months of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting (NHS experience desirable).
