A high-quality, 200-year-old law firm in Otley is looking to appoint an 8+ PQE family solicitor with a clear succession plan for this role.Responsibilities
Work alongside the current Head of Department and Partner (also a Deputy District Judge) to manage the team and support her.Oversee the two other solicitors in the practice.Manage a caseload comprising private family, divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation agreements, and children matters. Caseload sourced from repeat/legacy clients; no legal aid offered.Contribute to business development and client service to sustain a strong succession plan to potentially become the new Head of Family.Qualifications and Skills
Qualified solicitor with 8+ years\'' experience in family law.Demonstrated leadership or potential to manage a team and take on a Head of Department role in the future.Other information
