HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver - Hemel HempsteadPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for an 7.5 Tonne Driver to join our well-established client delivering bathroom products based in Hemel Hempstead.This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression within a reputable logistics operation.This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Van Driver, Truck Driver or Delivery Driver.Shifts • Monday to Friday • Start time 06:00 - guaranteed daily pay of 9.6 hours!Rates of Pay: £15.79 per hour plus overtimeBenefits • Ongoing position with a leading company in the industry • Thorough first-day assessment and two weeks of training alongside experienced staff • Approximate 8-10 hour shift lengthDay-to-Day DutiesAs an HGV 7.5 Tonne Driver, your day-to-day duties will include: • Working a five-day week, Monday to Friday delivering to commercial and personal premises • Driving Category C1 vehicles safely and efficiently • Use of pump truck • Use of sack barrow • Siome manual handlingEssential Skills • Minimum of 24 month''s experience as a 7.5 Tonne Driver • Valid UK 7.5t or HGV2 driving licence • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph card • No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no DR10, DG10, IN10 or TT99 codes) • No major endorsement codes • Strong customer service skillsTraining Provided • Paid site induction • Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout the ..... full job details .....
