About the Role
This role is for a 7.5T Driver situated in Gloucestershire, offering up to £13.54 per hour on a temporary contract. You will drive a 7.5-tonne beavertail vehicle for a tool hire firm, delivering and collecting equipment from commercial and residential sites. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and securing plant machinery with ratchet straps, completing daily vehicle inspections and delivery documentation, and providing professional customer service. Punctual and safe deliveries are essential. Applicants must hold a full UK Category C1 licence, a valid Driver CPC, and a Digital Tachograph Card. Previous 7.5T driving experience is required, as is familiarity with beavertail vehicles and load restraint techniques.

The Role
- Driving a 7.5T beavertail vehicle.

- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time.
Requirements
- Full UK Category C1 (7.5T) driving licence.
- Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous experience driving a 7.5T vehicle.
- Experience using a beavertail vehicle and securing loads with ratchet straps is essential.
- Good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations.
- A positive attitude with a strong focus on safety and customer service.
