The work is morning starts, usually between 05:00 an 07:00 , doing 8-9 hours per day, operating a drop-sider 7.5T vehicle. There is a mixture of local and long distance work, local runs tend to be between 4 and 6 deliveries , long distance runs tend to involve 2-3 drops .
