7.5t Driver

Berry Recruitment are currently recruiting for 7.5t Drivers to work for our client in the Birmingham area.

This is a temporary role that could lead to permanent role for the right candidate.

Duties will include:

• Previous experience with curtain and boxed vehicles is essential.
• Delivering throughout the UK, between 1 to 4 drops and collections each day.
• You will be driving between (Apply online only) miles a day.
• Keeping in regular contact with the office regarding arrival and departure from sites.
• Dealing with any changes to the delivery and liaising with the office.
• To comply with legislation requirements and company policy and procedures
• Work along a drivers mate
• Work in a safe manner
• Regular completion of vehicle checks

Requirements:

• Valid Driving License
• Ensure all H&S regulations are adhered too
• Ability to read, understand and follow directions / instructions
• Knowledge of EU driving regulations
• Excellent customer service
• Flexibility to work different shift patterns with and variable start and finish times
• Ability to work in a physically demanding and challenging environment

Monday to Friday, occasional weekends if required.

You must hold a full UK Driving Licence.

-12.75 to -16.00 per hour.
