7.5t Driver

We are looking for a driver with a 7.5T licence.

This is for an ongoing role but could be temp to perm for the right candidiate.

You will be covering an area from Bristol downwards and the role involves emptying and refilling welfare units. This means piping in water and emptying tanks. No cleaning involved. You will need to operate a tablet to sign off each job. You will be given a list each day so the work is completed in the right order.

Monday to Friday, Times 7am - 5pm but you will need to be flexible depending on workload and location.

There may be an occasional night out due to distance travelled..

Must have current CPC and tacho cards.

Own transport an advantage due to location on the outskirts of Exeter.

Wage £15.50 - £16.50 dependant on candidate.

Duties

• Safely operate a 7.5T vehicle to various locations.
• Lift pipes to fill and drain tanks.
• Conduct regular inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any mechanical issues as necessary.
• Communicate effectively with staff and customers .
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel consumption.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Requirements

• Valid driving licence (7.5T).
• Current CPC and digi Tacho cards.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ability to lift
