The Role

As a 7.5 Tonne Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to commercial and residential customers across your designated route.

Your duties will include:

• Completing multi-drop deliveries across the local and regional area.
• Loading and unloading your vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Carrying out daily vehicle inspections and reporting any defects.
• Planning and managing your delivery route to maximise efficiency.
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Obtaining proof of delivery using handheld devices.
• Providing a professional and courteous service to customers.
• Complying with all road transport legislation, health & safety requirements and company procedures.
• Maintaining accurate delivery paperwork and vehicle records.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience as a 7.5 Tonne Multi-Drop Driver.
• Full UK Driving Licence with Category C1 entitlement.
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Good geographical knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Physically fit, with the ability to load and unload deliveries where required.
• Reliable, professional and safety conscious.
