7.5T Delivery Driver

Are you an experienced 7.5T driver looking for a full-time driving opportunity with the potential to become permanent?We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in the Southampton area. This is a great opportunity for a reliable and experienced driver to join a friendly team, delivering fixtures and fittings across the South Coast.What you need to know about this 7.5T driving role:Monday to Friday (07:00am start)8-10-hour shifts12-week temp-to-perm positionApproximately 10-15 deliveries per dayDriving both 7.5T and 3.5T vehicles, depending on delivery requirementsLoading and unloading the vehicleDelivering fixtures and fittings to customersCompleting delivery notesEnsuring all deliveries are completed safely and on timeWhat we require from you:A full and clean UK 7.5T driving licenceValid CPC and Digi Tacho cardPrevious delivery driving experienceGood geographical knowledge of the South Coast and surrounding areasExcellent communication and customer service skillsPrevious experience using ratchet straps and tail liftsReliable and punctual with fantastic timekeepingA professional attitude and positive approach to workAbility to represent the client professionally and follow all company policies and proceduresBenefits of working with Driver Hire Southampton:Weekly payPAYE and PAYE Advanced Payment options, ranging from 13.75-15.85 per hourA dedicated, experienced in-house recruitment team24/7 assistance when you need itTraining provided by our clientCPC ..... full job details .....
