7.5t Delivery Driver

We are seeking 7.5 tonne driver working with varied clients across the Wiltshire and Somerset areas.

Key responsibilities of a 7.5t driver:

Safe driving:-Operating a 7.5 tonne vehicle in accordance with road traffic laws and company safety guidelines.

Delivery execution:-Completing deliveries to various customer locations within a designated area, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.

Loading and unloading:-Loading and securing cargo onto the vehicle, and unloading deliveries at customer premises, potentially requiring manual handling.

Paperwork management:-Completing delivery paperwork, including signature capture and recording delivery details.

Vehicle checks:-Conducting pre-shift vehicle inspections, reporting any faults or defects to the appropriate personnel.

Compliance with regulations:-Adhering to driving hours regulations and tachograph usage.

You will have prior experience of driving a 7.5t vehicle along with have at least 6 months commercial driving experience and be aged over 25 years with no more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes.

You must have held your license for at least 1 years and have a valid Digi Card and CPC in place.
