Senior finance professional to work with the international and UK Group Financial Planning and Analysis (FPandA) teams at Pret. Key objective is to steer FPandA across markets, working collaboratively to develop a culture of finance excellence within the organisation.Responsibilities
Responsible for stakeholder alignment and accountability across FPandA teams to reach desired business outcomesKey role in the annual planning and budgeting process in collaboration with other senior leadersIdeate, confirm and communicate key business priorities and strategic initiatives as inputs to the long-range plansAccountable for the corporate forecasting process and escalate critical risksDefine and anticipate problems/opportunities and proposes solutions/plans of action along with relevant information to key decision makersDrive a consistent approach and metrics for evaluating and tracking financial plans and performance across the business to deliver efficiency and margin improvementProvide financial guidance and business partnership to senior management and other function-levelsDevelop models, and work with Data teams to standardise for consistent reporting across the GroupProvide pro-active, insightful, high-quality analysis to support decision making and support preparation of Board reportingReview management commentary on operational resultsSkills And Experience
10+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysisExpert modeler and teacher of modellingProficient in Financial reporting and Data systems (ideally Netsuite and PowerBI)Superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast-paced, quickly changing environmentLine manager experienceAbility to collaborate cross-functionallyStrong interpersonal, communication and presentation skillsKnowledge and experience with UK reporting requirementsStrong sense of ownership and proactivityExperience in a multi-subsidiary environmentBachelor''s Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA and/or ACA/ACCA/CIMAPret Behaviours
