7.5 Tonne driver

We are looking for a reliable and experienced 7.5 tonne driver to join our builders'' merchant team. You will be responsible for making local deliveries of building materials to trade and domestic customers using a curtain sider vehicle.

Working Monday-Friday 0730-1600 paying £13.50-14.00 per hour weekly pay

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out safe and timely delivery of materials to customers within the local area.
• Load and unload goods using appropriate equipment (e.g. tail lift, forklift if licensed).
• Ensure all goods are checked, secured, and delivered in good condition.
• Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
• Complete all required delivery paperwork and vehicle checks.
• Maintain the vehicle to company and legal standards.

Requirements:

• Valid 7.5 tonne (C1) licence, CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Experience in multi-drop or builders'' merchant deliveries preferred.

Good knowledge of the local area and strong customer service skills
