7.5 Tonne Driver (East Sussex)

We are looking for 7.5 tonne drivers to join our team, to work with our clients, to drive deliveries all over the South of England. This is an ongoing contract. MainDuties As a representative of the organisation your general appearance and attitude must all be exemplary.Drivers must have a ''can-do'' attitude at all times.Packing, loading, securing loads and unloading deliveriesBefore setting off you must carry out an inspection of the vehicle and record all defects.Delivering goods to customers on designated routesMaintaining regular communication with route dispatchers, if there are road and location issuesMust be able to deal with client''s customers in a professional mannerWhen making a delivery, always be courteous and polite.Review deliveries with recipients to ensure they are accurateObtaining delivery confirmations from customersMust be able to do multi drop deliveriesMust be able to record all deliveries and report any issues to clientMust be able to move heavy objects around inside lorry. Qualifications and Skills Must have a 7.5 tonne licence, with valid Digi tacho and CPC card.Must have a minimum of 2-years commercial driving experience.We cannot accept drivers that have more than 6 points on their licence and have been convicted of a DD, DR, INT endorsement.Must have own transport We will try to respond to reply to all applications.
