7.5 Tonne Driver

A leading manufacturer is looking for a 7.5 Tonne Driver to join its busy distribution team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional 7.5 Tonne Driver to work for an established business, delivering high quality products to customers across the UK while providing outstanding service.

Offering -32,000 to -35,000 per annum, working hours will be Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:45pm with the depot based in High Wycombe.

Duties:

• Drive vehicles up to and including 7.5 tonnes safely and professionally.
• Deliver bespoke products to customers throughout the UK.
• Keep customers updated on delivery times and schedules.
• Follow daily routes and travel to various locations nationwide.
• Assist customers with the loading and unloading of products.
• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and report any defects.
• Maintain compliance with DVLA regulations and road safety standards.
• Attend and participate in company training as required.

Experience/Skills:

• Previous experience as a 7.5 Tonne Driver.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Valid Digital Tacho Card.
• Driver Qualification Card.
• Up to date Driver CPC.
• Willingness to undertake overnight stays when required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
