Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced 7.5 Tonne (Cat C1) Drivers to join a leading company based in Shrewsbury.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional 7.5 Tonne Drivers, Cat C1 Drivers, Multi-Drop Drivers, and Night Drivers looking for long-term work with competitive pay, guaranteed hours, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

You''ll be delivering dairy products on structured night routes as part of a professional and supportive driving team.

• Night shifts.

• Start time approximately 12am (midnight).

• Average 48 hours per week.

• Working any 5 nights from 7.

• Safely operate a 7.5 Tonne (Cat C1) vehicle in line with UK driving laws and tachograph regulations.

• Complete multi-drop deliveries of dairy products.

• Load and unload deliveries safely.

• Rotate stock and maintain product quality during deliveries.

• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report any defects.

• Follow health & safety, food hygiene, and security procedures at all times.

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout each route.

• Valid 7.5 Tonne (Cat C1) driving licence.

• Valid Driver CPC qualification.

• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

• Previous multi-drop driving experience is desirable.

• Customer-focused with a professional approach.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.

• -15.00 per hour (PAYE).

• -18.00 per hour (Umbrella).

• Minimum 8 hours'' pay guaranteed per shift.
