Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced HGV Class 7.5t (Cat C1) Drivers to join a well-established business based in Conwy.

This is an excellent opportunity for professional 7.5 Tonne Drivers, Cat C1 Drivers, Multi-Drop Drivers, and Delivery Drivers looking for long-term, full-time work with competitive pay, guaranteed hours, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

This role involves delivering dairy products on a rolling two-week night shift rota.

Working Hours

• Average 48 hours per week.

• 5 night shifts per week.

• Start time approximately 12am (midnight).

Key Duties

• Drive and operate a 7.5-tonne (Cat C1) vehicle safely and efficiently.

• Complete multi-drop deliveries of dairy products.

• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report defects.

• Comply with all road transport legislation, tachograph regulations, and company procedures.

• Deliver excellent customer service at each delivery location.

• Complete all delivery paperwork accurately.

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with Class C1 (7.5t) entitlement.

• Valid Driver CPC qualification.

• Valid Digital Tachograph Card.

• Previous multi-drop driving experience is desirable.

• Reliable, flexible, and customer-focused approach.

• Good knowledge of driver hours and road transport regulations.
