Associate Creative Director

to join their London team and lead high-profile projects – from large-scale live events and activations to cutting-edge virtual and immersive experiences.This role is ideal for an established Associate Creative Director ready for a new challenge or a highly experienced Senior Creative looking to step up into an ACD role. A strong portfolio of experiential and brand work, proven leadership skills, and ambition are essential.The RoleAs Associate Creative Director, you’ll work closely with the Executive Creative Director and Creative Directors to shape and deliver creative solutions. You’ll develop concepts, pitch ideas, and inspire clients and teams. A strategic thinker who blends storytelling, design, and innovation is required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the creative vision on experiential projects, from concept to execution.Deliver inspiring, award-winning ideas across live, virtual, and hybrid experiences.Collaborate with internal teams and bring in experts to ensure high standards.Present ideas clearly and convincingly to clients.Champion innovation and explore new channels, technologies, and engagement methods.Mentor and manage junior creatives, fostering a collaborative team culture.Work with account teams to create impactful proposals within budget and timelines.Extend ideas beyond events to digital, social, and OOH touchpoints.Maintain creative integrity, adapting to client needs and evolving briefs.About YouYou are passionate, original, with proven experience in experiential and brand communications.
