What the Job Will be doing Delivering an effective housing and tenancy management service across supported, sheltered and general needs schemes. Carrying out regular estate, building and health & safety inspections, ensuring schemes remain safe, compliant and well maintained. Monitoring fire safety systems, alarm testing, PEEPs and statutory compliance checks. Managing the cleanliness, security and presentation of communal areas, working closely with contractors to resolve issues. Supporting the letting of vacant properties and assisting with the voids process alongside Repairs and Asset teams. Managing tenancy sign-ups and supporting new residents to successfully settle into their homes. Monitoring rent accounts, promoting income collection and escalating arrears where appropriate. Managing low-level anti-social behaviour cases, completing risk assessments and implementing action plans.
