5 Axis CNC Setter/Operator/programmer Manufacturing / Precision Engineering - Lates 2pm -10pm We are currently recruiting for a 5 Axis CNC Machinist to join a well-established manufacturing and precision engineering company based in Hayes.This role involves operating 5 Axis Kitamura CNC machining centres with Fanuc controls within a busy production environment, manufacturing high-quality engineered components.The company is looking for someone with previous CNC machining experience who is confident operating CNC machinery and working from engineering drawings. Key Responsibilities Set Operate and Program 5 Axis Kitamura CNC machining centresWork with Fanuc control systemsLoad and unload components and toolingMonitor machining operations and ensure quality standards are maintainedRead and work from engineering drawings and production documentationCarry out basic quality inspections using measuring equipmentMaintain machine cleanliness and good housekeeping standardsSupport production and manufacturing operations as requiredFollow company health and safety procedures at all times Skills and Experience Required Experience with 4 Axis or 5 Axis CNC machines preferredFanuc controls experience beneficialAbility to read and understand engineering drawingsExperience using measuring equipment such as verniers and micrometersGood attention to detail and quality standardsReliable and proactive approach to workAbility to work independently and as part of a team What s on Offer Stable ..... full job details .....
