Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive Ilkley A highly regarded and growing regional law firm is seeking an ambitious and motivated Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its established Ilkley office. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the continued success and expansion of a busy private client team, handling high-quality work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Role You will manage your own caseload independently while working collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the department''s overall success and profitability. Your work will include:Drafting Wills and TrustsPreparing and registering Lasting Powers of AttorneyTrust and Estate AdministrationCourt of Protection matters (ideally acting as a lead within this area)Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and developing new referrer connectionsContributing to marketing and business development initiativesEnsuring financial control of matters including billing and cash flow managementAccurate time recording and compliance with regulatory requirementsCross-referring work across departmentsYou will also act as a senior presence within the Ilkley office, actively supporting colleagues and contributing to a collaborative team culture.
