Service, test, and calibrate BMS products and control elements (sensors, valves, dampers, etc.)Operate, interrogate, and fault-find on BMS control panels and software (including DDC controls)Diagnose and repair panels, instrumentation, actuators, and associated plantPerform controller changes, control panel modifications, and small upgradesCarry out plant and control condition surveysPrepare accurate maintenance and survey reportsLiaise with clients to ensure smooth project delivery and service qualityRequirements

2+ years’ experience in BMS servicing on at least one of: Distech, Delta, Schneider, Trend, or TridiumStrong fault-finding and problem-solving skillsConfident working independently and on client sitesNiagara or IQ Vision experienceMulti-system knowledge across BMS platformsBenefits
