Partnering directly with the directors on strategic projects, giving you visibility into the business side of the MSP, not just the technical side. Acting as the senior technical voice for your customers, running technical reviews, shaping their future roadmap, and being the person they trust for the big decisions. Shaping how the technical team grows - you will have real input into defining the procedures and systems the team operates by, not just following what is already there. Mentoring T1/T2 engineers, building their skills so they grow into stronger engineers rather than just fixing their problems. Handling escalations that need real depth of expertise and subject matter expertise. Documenting systems and procedures so your expertise scales beyond just you.
