This role will act as a senior escalation point across the support team while also providing day-to-day leadership and guidance to the 3rd line engineering function. You''ll play a key role in ensuring high service standards, resolving complex technical issues, and supporting the ongoing development of the wider technical team. Working within a fast-paced MSP environment, you''ll support businesses across a broad range of technologies including Microsoft 365, cloud platforms, infrastructure, cyber security, networking, and disaster recovery solutions.
