They''re growing and need a senior engineer who can take ownership of customer environments.The roleYou''ll be the technical escalation point for a range of business customers. Your work will include:Managing Microsoft 365 tenants: users, groups, licences, mailboxes, security settings and access controlsWorking across the M365, Exchange, Teams and SharePoint admin centres and Entra IDSetting up and supporting MFA, conditional access, and joiner, mover and leaver processesRunning endpoint security, patching, backup and monitoring, and responding to security alertsOnboarding new customers, including discovery, tenant reviews, documentation and setupImproving internal processes and technical standardsWhat you''ll needAt least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administrationSenior support, systems administration or MSP experienceHands-on cyber security work, such as endpoint protection, alert response, patching and backupExperience with Kaseya tools or similar RMM/PSA platforms (e.g. Datto, Autotask, IT Glue, ConnectWise, NinjaOne)Strong Windows and business IT troubleshootingConfidence dealing with customers, and good documentation habitsNice to haveIntune, Defender, Microsoft 365 Lighthouse, ..... full job details .....
