3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer - Sharepoint SMEOnsite in Manchester (7am-7pm shift coverage within a secure room environment)£490 per day inside ir356 months contractEligible for BPSSWe are looking for an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer/SharePoint SME to join a large-scale enterprise environment in Manchester.This is a hands-on technical role supporting and evolving a complex SharePoint estate across on-premises and Microsoft 365, with a particular focus on SharePoint administration, troubleshooting and platform upgrades.The RoleYou will act as a 3rd line technical escalation point, resolving complex SharePoint issues while supporting the ongoing development, performance and reliability of the platform.A key part of the role will be supporting and leading SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Subscription Edition (SE) upgrades, alongside the administration and support of SharePoint Online within Microsoft 365.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 3rd line support and technical escalation for complex SharePoint issuesLead and support SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition (SE) upgradesAdminister and maintain SharePoint Server environmentsSupport SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365Troubleshoot platform, configuration and performance issuesMaintain SharePoint platform security, availability and reliabilitySupport platform improvements, upgrades and technical changesWork closely with wider infrastructure and Microsoft 365 teamsEssential ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with ..... full job details .....
