Role: 3 Line IT EngineerLocation: OxfordSalary: £35,000 - £45,000?ProfileMy client is a growing MSP based in Oxford and due to continued growth, they are looking to add a 3 Line Engineer to their team.The 3rd Line IT Engineer is a client-facing role responsible for resolving high-level technical issues, supporting client infrastructure, and contributing to changes. This role operates within a structured MSP service environment, requiring adherence to ticketing processes, SLAs and utilisation targets, while maintaining a high standard of customer service and technical output.In this position you will be supporting clients remotely whilst also visiting them onsite.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot/support/maintain platforms included in our core technology stackWoking at a technical 3 line levelAct as a primary escalation point for 1st and 2nd line engineersTake ownership of priority and complex tickets through to resolutionDeliver technical elements of IT changes, led by senior staff (implementations, migrations, upgrades)Work with internal and client stakeholders to ensure successful change delivery, with minimal disruptionEssential/Desirable SkillsEnterprise firewall managementNetworking (switching, access points)Server Management (Windows, Linux)Email solutionsDocument management solutionsCloud-based email filteringMDM (Windows, Mac, mobile)Identity Management PlatformsSecurity tools (SIEM, Managed Detection and Response)Managed Backup and Disaster RecoveryAI platformsIf you ..... full job details .....
