3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer Location: Farnborough (Hybrid: 5 days remote/5 days onsite, 10-day cycle)Salary: £45,000 - £55,000Holiday: 25 days annual leave (increasing with service)Highlights: Technical Training andamp; Certifications, Clear progression, Generous pension Scheme We are seeking an experienced 3rd Line Engineer to join a high-performing technical delivery team, responsible for supporting and improving complex customer environments. This role sits at an escalation level and is focused on project-led infrastructure work, rather than purely BAU support. You will be responsible for delivering technical upgrades, leading troubleshooting across customer estates, and driving improvements across both on-prem and cloud-based environments.You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of delivery, supporting junior engineers, and building strong relationships with customers through clear communication and technical expertise. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys ownership, project work, and working across a broad and modern technology stack, particularly within environments transitioning to cloud-first.
