This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities Provide end-user and infrastructure support, ensuring agreed service levels are met and exceeded. Support, maintain, and improve ICT systems, networks, servers, storage, email, desktop, and workspace technologies. Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions and preventative measures. Monitor system performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of ICT services. Work within ITIL service management processes and accurately maintain service records and documentation.
