3rd line / escalations engineer - MSP

Fortis recruitment are working with an MSP in the Amersham area to recruit a 3rd line / escalations engineer to become part of their helpdesk to support multiple clients. All the clients have different technologies that need supporting so have a wide variety of experience is essential.What we are looking for 5 years in a 3rd line role within an MSPStrong Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory and Windows server skillsGreat customer serviceExcellent troubleshooting and problem solving skillsThis is a Monday - Friday position and will be 100% office based other than an occasional visit to client sites.
