3rd Line Citrix Engineer

We have a new requirement for a 3rd Line Citrix Engineer to work for a client of ours based in Preston.All work will be completed on-site and active SC is required.This contract role has been determined as falling Inside IR35.Skills required:* Proven experience within a Third Line Support role* Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud, NetScaler ADC, and Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM).* Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and FSLogix.* Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support models.* Operations - VMWare, HyperV, XenServer, Invanti* Desirable to have a working knowledge of supporting UK Secure Paradox solution (Becypt). * Analytics, specifically Systrack/Nexthink (Non Essential - training provided).* Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems, including, Windows 10 andamp; Win11To be considered for this role please submit an up-to-date CV.Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply.
