We are currently experiencing a period of sustained growth and as such, we are looking for someone who has experience of running a successful commercial desk.The duties of the Commercial Consultant include: Delivering an excellent service to our candidates and existing clientsBuilding strong raports with clients ensuring you are matching the best candidates to the right roles and the right clientsGenerating new business and building your desk from a cold startAttracting, sourcing, and recruiting new candidatesAdvertising jobsRegistering candidatesCompleting compliance checksAtending client visitsNegotiating charge ratesFocus on both temp and perm business with long term partnerships in mind The Ideal Commercial Consultant will have: Experience within the Commercial recruitment environmentExperience of running a full 360 deskExcellent communication and relationship building skillsThe drive and hunger to earn UNCAPPED commissionsA genuine passion for recruitmentThe understanding of providing a quality service to both client and candidates.
