This role involves managing the entire recruitment process from business development and client relationship management through to sourcing, interviewing and placing candidates across a range of engineering and technical disciplines.The successful candidate will build strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering high-quality recruitment solutions within sectors such as manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, defence, energy, industrial, and technical services.
