We have opportunities to for a Primary, Secondary and SEN consultant. The Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own desk, developing relationships with schools and education professionals, and delivering a high-quality recruitment service across the education sector. You will take ownership of the entire recruitment process, including business development, candidate sourcing, client management, and placement delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with schools, academies, and multi-academy trusts. Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activity, networking, and referrals. Source, interview, and register high-quality teaching and support staff.
