Agreeing Terms of Business/Timescales/key milestones to fill roles/generate revenue on a monthly basis. Approach any existing clients and contacts as well as brand new decision-makers to secure recruiting opportunities via the telephone or Teams. Write adverts to be placed on the company website and other job portals to attract applicants. Network with your existing accounts/ industry contacts to source new vacancies and secure telephone appointments. Find vacancy leads to convert into money-making opportunities through social media/competitor awareness and networking activities.
