The Role As a 360 Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, building strong relationships with clients and candidates while delivering outstanding service. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and win new client opportunities through proactive sales and networking. Client Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their hiring needs. Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to attract top talent. Screening and Interviews: Assess candidate suitability and manage the interview process. Offer Management and Onboarding: Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
