RGB Recruitment are looking for an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join a civils team on projects around the outskirts of Plymouth.

Responsibilities:

- Operate 360 excavators safely and efficiently on civils projects.
- Assist with site preparation, trenching, and material handling.
- Maintain machinery and report any defects.
- Work closely with the site team to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification.

Requirements:

- Proven experience operating 360 excavators on civils projects.
- CSCS card or relevant site safety certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
