Pay Rate: £175–£185 per day (CIS)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced 360 Operator for a civils project starting on 26th September 2025. This is a short-term contract expected to last around two weeks, with competitive day rates paid via CIS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating a 360 excavator safely and efficiently on a busy civils site

• Carrying out excavation, grading, trenching, and drainage works

• Assisting with lifting operations and material movement as required

• Working closely with groundworkers and site supervisors to maintain smooth site operations

• Ensuring all operations comply with health and safety standards

• Conducting daily machine checks and basic maintenance

• Reporting any faults or issues to site management

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS ticket with 360 Excavator (above and below 10 tonnes if applicable)

• Proven experience on civil engineering or groundwork projects

• Full PPE

• A strong understanding of health and safety practices on site

• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
