360 Machine Operator

About the Role

Force Contracting Services are recruiting experienced 360 Machine Operators (Above & Below 10T) to join our team on a long-term civil engineering project at Heysham Nuclear Power Station. This is a permanent PAYE position offering stable, year-round work, ongoing training, and excellent opportunities for progression.

Duties:

• Operating 360 excavators above and below 10 tonnes
• Carrying out drainage, trenching, grading, and excavation works
• Loading materials and supporting site operations
• Assisting groundworks teams when required
• Conducting daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Following site health and safety procedures
• Working effectively as part of a civils team

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket (Above & Below 10T essential)
• Valid CSCS Card
• Previous experience on civil engineering projects preferred
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
• Strong understanding of site health and safety
• Willingness to work at Heysham Nuclear Power Station
• Additional plant tickets advantageous
